Signature Therapeutic Massage

A relaxing, therapeutic massage using full palm, elbows and forearms to work multi-layers of tissue in a gentle, yet effective way. Stretching is often incorporated as well as a variety of complimentary enhancements (see below) to customize each session to individual client needs.

Gua Sha

30 min $55 / 60 min $105 / 120 min $170

This ancient Chinese practice is an intentional scraping of the skin to increase circulation in an area- inducing an immune response. Great for releasing stagnation in the body and for pain caused by repetitive use (ex. carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis). Sessions include a combination of heating and cooling analgesic oils. Pairs nicely with cupping!

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)

45 min $80 / 5 session package $375

Gentle strokes encourage the lymphatic system to eliminate metabolic waste and fluid retention. An excellent modality to support your immune system and encourage healing when utilized pre & post operation.
